Our styrene-free DIEPAL S-20-V is a medium-viscosity, medium-reactive unsaturated polyester resin based on isophthalic acid and neopentyl glycol dissolved in vinyl toluene, which, after curing, produces products with good thermal and mechanical properties and is suitable for almost all common processing methods.

DIEPAL S-20-V is particularly suitable for the production of molded parts where increased demands are placed on chemical and thermal resistance.

Processing:

• DIEPAL S-20-V should be processed at room temperature (15 – 25 °C). Lower processing temperatures have a negative effect on curing.
• The polyester resin should be thoroughly stirred before use.
• Processing time approx. 25 - 35min. (room temperature 23°C) with 2% MEKP hardener DD-MP1
• Do not process resin or room temperature below 18°C.
• Shelf life at 20°C 3 months
• Color: light brown
