Only a few products make it into the Gourmet and Sea Gold Line ! This is one of them. Produced especially for us according to our own recipe with ingredients from the Allgäu region of the highest quality.

Semi-hard cow cheese with sliced ​​black truffles and our popular truffle pesto. It has a unique and particularly delicate taste, made according to a traditional Allgäu recipe.

It can be served classically with a snack, as a cold starter with raw ham, melted on polenta or when preparing fritaja (traditional scrambled eggs with raw ham, wild asparagus and truffles in Istria).
