TIP: We recommend planting a tree combination of at least 3 different truffle tree species.

The roots of these high-quality truffle trees from our truffle nursery were inoculated with the local Burgundy truffle according to the Thuringian model. The truffle fungus connects with the fine roots of the tree (mycorrhiza).

This symbiosis (marriage) between plant and fungus promotes plant growth and tree vitality.

The one- to two-year-old truffle trees are delivered in special, root-promoting containers (450 ml) and have a height of 30-60 cm, depending on the tree species.

Since a mushroom (Burgundy truffle) is planted here, the tree is only a means to an end. In truffle cultivation, every tree species can also be cut back.
